I have a 1999 Dodge Caravan and when I hit the button for the electric locks all the locks lock (or unlock) except for the driver side. The motor "yells" at me. What part is broken? Where do I get the part(s)? and do you have any "expert" instructions for fixing this. Thanks in advance.

It uses a motor driven actuator assy which is replaced as an assembly, replacement is fairly straightforward you have to drill out the factory rivets and use nuts and machine screws to install the replacement. The hard part is getting a replacement actuator - that vehicle is old enough that it may not be available through the parts houses, If you go salvage make certain that you get one from the same ( drivers side ) door! they are different!
