I need to start eating healthier, but I am also on a tight budget and most specialty diet foods (i.e. MediFast) cost an arm and a leg. I've been eating just 1 Lean Cuisine for lunch at work and it does me fine and they are usually 5 for $10 at the grocery store. So I wonder what people's take is on maybe eating two of them for dinner and calling it good for the day? They seem to be a bit high in carbs but I don't know jack about that, and most everything they make involves noodles.

"diet" foods cost an arm and a leg, but fresh vegetables and whole grains are pretty cheap and usually easy to prepare. Try some prepared fruits & veg--prewashed salads and precut vegetables and the like. It can't cost any more that what you're spending on Lean Cuisine.
I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time. The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life. Get started today!
Lean Cuisines are junk food.
Why won't you take the time to learn how to prep, cook and feed yourself?
Its not hard to do, you just THINK its hard.
