Never get them for cosmetic reasons...Have dated a women with fake boobs...they just dont feel right...usually some of the sensetivity is lost...the shape is wrong...everything about them feels and look artificial. I would rather be with a lady with real and natural breasts anyday...I don't care what size...real is always the best.

You can totally tell if they are real or not. Real boobs are softer whereas fake books are pretty hard. When I first felt fake boobs I was like "How much it did they cost?" She was shocked as to how I knew as if I was supposed to be oblivious as to they were fake...I personally am totally against getting a boob job since most girls get them for ALL the wrong reasons. They say they want to feel more comfortable with their body and they want to be noticed more and get more confidence...i'm sorry but bigger boobs are only going to get you noticed more by dogs and you'll probably end up being a trashy wh*re.

Your case, however, you are married, so I have no idea why you would want bigger boobs unless it is to fulfill your dream of having bigger boobs......do know that there can be some awesome side effects as the years move on.

I like real but if there are only fake ones available I won't turn them down. The thing is, you gotta keep some water by the bed if you are with a woman with fakes so you can get the weird after-taste out of your mom.

They look nice, but they aren't as much fun as real ones. Even really high quality implants feel different than the real thing.

Dont get implants for someone else, do it because you want to, just keep it classy and make sure you find someone who will do the procedure right, the last thing you want is a botched surgery.

A friend of mine used to dance in a strip club,and alot of the girls there at implants!!It's kinda of a hit or miss thing,to be honest!!Some of the girls,looked and felt pretty natural,some were crooked,and felt kinda hard!!You have to do what you think will make you feel more confident,but have to know that it could turn out to be a positive or negative!!Good Luck,in whatever you decide to do!!

Men really don't like fake boobs even if they might feel close to real. Frankly, I'd never get them myself and don't see the appeal. You might make the boobs look larger but the same amount of real boob is there, so nothing really has change. Trying to pretend that it is all you seems silly.

Up until this past Monday night, I'd have said "real". Then I saw JBL without his shirt on. Now, I say "Fake".
