A question on Septoplasty?
Hi, I have had this done this week. Basically to unblock my nose (turbinate reduction as well I think), now I did bleed a lot when the nurse pulled out the nose packs 6 hours after the operation but what I wanted to know is:
I have been spitting out a lot of blood since the operation 3 days ago. Is this normal?
Also in my nose, a lot of pieces of blood clots. Do they go away itself?

The only one who can give you a definitive answer is the ENT who did the surgery.
Doctors do take calls on the weekend, especially surgeons. Call the office number and have the exchange contact the surgeon. He/she will call you back.
