Knock off all drinks except water -
Unlimited Water a must
Unlimited Green Vegetables -- cucumbers,lettuce, green pepper, celery etc. (no peas, no carrots as they are starchy) so anything green except peas
Unlimited boneless, skinless chicken breast and egg whites, or egg beaters -- tastes great w/ brocolli or green peppers.
afger 3 days of the above then add fruit:
One orange a day or one cup of cantalope a day -- try to space this out over the day.
So, unlimited greens, and protein, then add a little fruit (you meed the electrolytes and potassium) I would recommend you also use a little Morton's Lite salt which hnas potassium in with sodium, otherwise you could get cramping or worse.
Don't starve yourself, that slows down your metabolism.
Do try to walk,run or bike 30 minutes <at least> per day.
Take a calcium supplement which will help as well.
It works, worth trying, if you follow this you will likely drop at least 10 pounds,- it gives you the nutrition you need, it is low carb (low starch) so wean back on to starches when you are done.... meaning don't just go eat a whole pizza.
Everything I tell you, if you follow it, you will reach your goal. How bad do you want it?
What you have to do:
-Sleep more. Believe me on this.
-Only drink water
-If something tastes tasty or delicious, stop eating it. Eat plain foods like fruits and vegetables.
-Exercise a lot more. To the point where you are trying to catch your breath. You will see the best results with this.
-Take cold showers instead of hot or warm showers. Your body starts burning calories and fat to keep your body warm. So you're losing weight while you're showering. (:
-Drink a glass of water before you eat any meal.
-Eat small snacks/meals every 3 hours. Everytime you eat, your metabolism starts again.
-Don't look at your body everyday. If you see it everyday, it'll seem like there's no change when there really is (:
And lastly, have no negative thoughts about you reaching your goal! Be optimistic and if you stay optimistic, you'll be happy.
