i've always wanted that nice chissled SuperHero physique. However i've been affraid of becoming one of those guys you see at the gym that walk around looking extremely stiff because they are so big. Is there away to avoid that when lifting. Or does it just come with bulking up?
My mom used to be a semi-pro bodybuilder and well...alot of her friends used to look reciulously huge. I remember watching them "Waddle" around and i thought to myslef...i'd be damned if i ever got that big to the point where i looked just reciulous. Any ideas or tips to avoid that?

First off make sure you have a good sound diet with lots of greens
Second make sure you do cardio at least 3 times a week preferably 5. I recommend looking up HIIT and doing that for 3 days and 20+ medium paced for the other 2 days.
Third if you want to be more defined but not really big do a pyramid of pushups, dips, and pullups along with an ab workout
for ex
regular pullups 1rep 2reps 3reps 2 reps 1rep
Underhand pullups 1 reps 2 reps 3 reps 2 reps 1 rep
close grip overhand 1 reps 2 reps 3 reps 2 reps 1 rep
Pushups 4-8-12-8-4
diamond pushups 4-8-12-8-4
Wide pushups 4-8-12-8-4
dips-2-4-6-4-2
then just increase reps after a week and keep increasing or if you can do more then that the first week just change them before yous start for abs i usually just go 50 regular situps and 50 legups and then ill add more each week
But if you do want to get bigger look up a nice all around lifting program and just keep increasing weight every week or so once the reps get easy and when you get to the point you dont want to get bigger dont increase the weight.
Well im sorry, being that huge is NASTY! Dont get me wrong....having nice pecks and abs is sexy. I dont think it should be overdone though. My suggestion to you is.......dont work out so much that you get over bulked up....its GROSS!
