Aerosol Computer Cleaner?
I held a can of aerosol computer cleaner upside down because I though that's what you were supposed to do... it started spraying liquid and I got scared that it will ruin my laptop! What do I do!? Will it harm my laptop!?

No, it will be fine. It comes out as a sort of white coloured liquid, however, it evaporates in no time. It is caused by the compression in the can.
The same thing occurs with lighter gas.
If you're talking about about that stuff that's often called "tv tuner cleaner," (it's for cleaning any electronics components in general), then no it won't hurt anything. It dries pretty quickly and it's not water. Just let it dry out before turning it on. And no you don't hold it upside down
