Hello, i am 22 years old this last week I have been really tired even more so today and for for the past day or two I been waking up at 4am because I feel really nauseous my stomach turns and I get dizzy but no vomiting feels like im going to but nothing , i also started my menstrual cycle it is very irregular so I get it once every 3 months and im not on any birth control but this time when I started (24thmay) it was very DARK didn't even look like blood, for two days it looked normal & now its just spotting (light) no cramping or pains this time around ,also today along with the sleepiness Im super hungry ? any idea on what it could be I am married my husband and I were intimate about a week and half ago I thought it would be way to early for symptoms of pregnancy? the sleepiness comes at random times where I can literally just fall asleep where im at , and I NEVER sleep in the day.

any help would be greatly appreciated!
