Am I financially responsible?

I went into the hospital yesterday for a CT Myelogram that my Orthopedic Surgeon ordered. During the procedure whwn the dr stuck the needle in, I felt a very sharp pain. He said that the needle was almost in. I was never read the risks of the procedure. Just two seconds before he started (while I was lying face down on the table) they shoved the clipboard in my face and said "sign here to ok us on doing the procedure." Afterwards I started having severe pain in my lower back and coukd barely stand up. I told the nurse in the room and they called the dr in. He ordered another CT scan to check things out. I was informed that the pictures were not bad, but they were not normal either. Now he ordered an MRI to check further. The MRI came back and showed I was bleeding into my spibal column and it narrowed/bowed. I was going to have to be ommitted into the hospital for a 24 hour watch. They took me to my room for the night and was roughly 6 hrs later when I started to have a severe headache. I told the nurse on the floor and all they offered me was Tylenol. I declined and asked to speak to the neurosurgeon that ommitted me. They said they would get a hold of him. Two hours went by and another nurse came in to start an IV and I respectfully declined. I told her that I dont understand why they are making me stay when they have not ordered another scan to see if anything has changed. She told me it was standard procedure and that it was for fluids. i told her I have a bottle of water here and Im perfectly hydrated. I do not want an IV until I speak to the surgeon about whats going on. She said ok I will hold off until he calls. A lady then came in to take blood and do lab work ten minutes later. Not even twenty minutes after that the first nurse to come in said "The Neurosurgeon sees no reason to come talk to you and looked at the CT Scans and MRI and told me its ok for you to go home." Why in the hell was I ommitted in the first place if you were going to run no tests? I went home and started vomiting all night and as of today every time I stand up I get a ridiculous headache. I cant stand for more than five minutes before I have to lay down. Im not trying to sue anyone, I just dont believe I should be financially obligated to pay for the extra scans, mri, hospital room, and lab work for something the damn dr caused and then another dr says im ok to go home.

Am I responsible? What should I do?
