I'm lactose and It sucks! The symtoms are after eating any kind of dairy.. cheese, milk, ice cream. Stuff like that I usually have diareeha and really bad stomach pains also gas. You may be if you want to know for sure try eating some ice cream and see how you feel after. If you do get another stomach ach you can go to CVS or any local store and buy Lactose enzyme pills which you take before you eat any dairy. they work wonders!

I dont think youre lactose intolerant. Since you say you usually drink a lot of milk. You probably just have a stomach ache from something else.
