I'm currently in out patient for anorexia and I was wondering how I could stop eating sugary candies at night just to make up for calories. I have to eat 2,800 a day. And I have to gain 10 more pounds. But I'm just sick of having to eating sugary candies late at night just to make up for calories. It makes me super guilty. Any tips?

A handful of nuts and dried fruit would help you get your calories in. Or a milk shake / milky hot chocolate. Or you could try eating Greek yoghurt and a banana or cheese & crackers. They would bump your calories up. Or crumpet with butter and jam.
If you can't physically eat more food during the day get the Dr to prescribe Fortisip or Ensure plus. They are 300 calories each and have all the correct amounts of protein, carbs. fat and vitamins. I rely on them and have 5 a day. the fortisip yoghurt style actually taste nice!
