I really love these combos for 2 servings (one really big one for breakfast):
-3 apples+ 4 carrots
-1/2 box of strawberries (about 10 berries?)+pear or apple+4 carrots
-1 each of: carrot, apple, orange, pear, tomato, and something else of your choice or one of the previous.
-I go to the store and get different fruits and veggies to try as a mixed juice (cucumbers, celery, radish, beet, zucchini, cantaloupe. This week trying tomato+jalopeno (take out seeds), celery, carrot, cucumber (for a fresh mexican v-8)
Main thing is don't juice the seeds of apple or peach, and don't juice bananas or avocados!
