Lay out a sheet of puff pastry, put a wheel of brie on top of it, top with 1/4 cup of toasted nuts and
2 Tbs. of your favorite jam or preserves. Pull the pastry on top of the brie, making a little "package" and seal with kitchen string. Then, Brush it with a little egg, and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with crackers.
