i've been trying to lose 7 pounds but its just too hard over the summer with all these graduation and other parties with great food! im about 5'6 and my wieght changes weekly. 126-131. what are some fast ways to lose that 7 pounds thats safe. i work out a few times a week but i honestly feel i need something more but i can't work out all the time. i work a lot and have other things to do around or for my house. I would like to lose 7 pounds in a week - week and a 1/2. Any ideas?

go to the parties and eat less. work out losing weight is a way of life that you obviously haven't learned this summer, but its never too late to start.
You could do a 7 day fast, where you generally lose a lb a day. It's safe if you do it right. Meaning you drink lots of water and juice and maybe even a protein drink or health shake.
An easier way would be to eat 500 calories less than you are eating now, meaning cut out soda & snacks & you'll lose a lb or 2 a week. Exercise & eat healthy. Seriously, no junk food. It's hard. I eat junk food like a pig, then I fast, then I just eat junk again. Then I end up restricting to 500 calories a day and it works (that's not what I recommended to you though.)

First of all, DO NOT drink a protein shake as suggested, they contain like 1000 calories a serving, they need to be avoided at all costs when trying to drop weight... Calories are the biggest concern right now!
Also, do not drink anything but water (or unsweetened tea or coffee) as a general rule, you should try not to drink calories ever, with the exception of fat free milk... So many people consume 1000s of calories a day in the form of soda, smoothies and ridiculously caloric coffee drinks...
Do not try running 3 miles, or even 2 to start, run enough to get some effect, but not so much that you are too sore to run the next day, this is usually people's mistake, they put to much into it at the start and can't keep it up because they're too sore...
Also, try your best not to snack, but if you must, choose low calorie snacks, too often people see "fat free" food as healthy, though it can contain just as many calories and mostly sugar...
As for the short time of your goal, might I suggest that you continuously follow these suggestions and you'll find yourself healthier over all and you wont need this crunch-time dieting again...
You need to quit stuffing your face and hit the gym. Its all about motivation, the drive to look good. Do the south beach diest to cleanse your system. Apple juice oarnge juice lemon juice and grape fruit juice. Drink 2 glasses a day for 3 days. You will lose 10 pounds. As for the weight control weekly. Eat what you want but you HAVE to walk run or jog miles. Please do that and you will feel good and healthy

I drink 2 litres of a million% milk daily ( it somewhat is purely me, i'm keen on milk), and once or twice a week lean steak... yet i individually think of that my key's small parts of healthy foodstuff 4-5 cases an afternoon (rather of three massive food) and an excellent variety of water... additionally I on no account drink soda (do unlike them) and little or no sugar in my eating habitual (say so long to sugary cereal and decrease candy and chocolate intake to each now and then (for me that's elementary because of the fact i've got not got a candy the tooth)...and of direction complete grain (fiber is so substantial). eat a balanced diet plus regular exercise. exercise always works if its rugular. you probably would have gained more weight if you didn't exercise. if you're still not losing enough weight with your exercise, then try reducing your intake of carbs and sugar. eat more veggies and legumes (nuts, etc).
you may also try to eat 6 small meals a day rather than 3 big meals. this works but a lot of people find it difficult to do.
other things you can do may include walking more, taking public transpo, as againt bringing your own car and parking it in the nearest parking slot.
losing weight is never easy for certain people but the best way is eat only healthy food and workout daily.Instead of aiming to lose 7 pounds..why don't u aim to lose fats at certain places so that u will look great
the only way is to eat healthy. like no junk and run about
3 miles a day. if not atleast go for 2.. it really helps
