Any problem shipping a lighter pass Canada customs?

Why would it be a problem?
It is cheap - so not going to be over your limit of duties on it.
They ship anywhere so they must know the shipping hazard regulations.
The biggest problem with customs is it might be slow. Especially this time of year when people are ordering gifts and/or mailing gifts and customs gets backed up with lots of parcels.
