Please, only recipes you've tried yourself!
I've found a source where I can get pretty much any cut of goat meat, but I'll be honest: I've never eaten goat in my whole life and I'm hesitant to try it. But if anyone has a great recipe, maybe I'll try to branch out.
Only caveat: we're dealing with peanut/tree nut allergies in our house, so no recipes that use nuts, please!

But the Carribbean is famous for many recipes using goat. I had never tried it until I met some friends from Haiti, Trinidad, Jamaica, etc. and they introduced me to this unique and delicious meat.
The best I've ever had was Curried Goat. Slow-cooked in a succulent curry sauce that was a bit spicy but not anything like a jerk seasoning. That's another way to prepare it... jerk, which is bbq and SPICY!
I wish I were so lucky as to have such a source for goat. I can't even get it at my butcher, although once in a while I'll go to a specialty store and get some... unfortunately it is frozen and sometimes looks like it's been that way for too long.
It's a delicious taste. If you have no problem with game meats (venison in particular) you'll really like goat meat.
Bon Appetit!
Goat is a staple of some areas of Greece. I have eaten quite a few excellent dishes there, but I have never cooked goat myself.
Here are a few sites with recipes.

seco de chivo is very good. i've had it cooked by a couple different people, but never made it. However this website has been VERY accurate on all other recipes. I have cooked many other recipes from here and they have all been great/exactly like you would get if you ordered it in Ecuador.
