I go to School full time and work 35 hours a week. I own a motorcycle and a truck. I ride the motorycle to cummute everyday to save gas. 10am a towing sticker is slapped on my truck saying move asap for people planting palm trees, or i would be towed away 2 hours later. No notification to my sister or me. Then 2nd time for painting with a day warning. Then thursday night (2nite) i get another slapped on my truck (expired tag) get tag tomorrow or be towed saterday. How can i get a tag with a day notice when i work and go to school full time? I don't drive the truck ever. because i own a motorcycle. They wont leave me or my family alone. What can i do to stop this?

Commute.
Are you parked on a public street? Then you do whatever the ticket says. If the city didn't have out no parking signs, then call them and complain.
If you are parked on private property, then you need to consult an attorney. I don't know that the lot owner has any right to tow you for lack of registration. It's none of their business unless there is a clause in your rental agreement.
These all sound like legitimate situations for the management; I don't see any harassment here. They are protecting your truck when there is scheduled work activity, so they are doing you a favor there.
They do not know your schedule with work and school. A tag can be renewed in just a short time and is not a huge imposition. You may need to skip a class or let the boss know you need an extra hour off to get this done.
An expired tag on a vehicle is a sign of an abandonment or non-working vehicle (even though your case is different; they don't know that), and they do not allow this to happen.
That is NOT harassment. They have every right to ask you to move the truck any time it is in the way of any needed repairs or yard work. 1 day notice is all that is required. If you cannot do it in that time frame that is not their problem.
The tag thing is also legal. Again your scheduling issues are not their problem.
By parking an unused vehicle there you are likely violating your lease. Most leases state no parking unused or disabled vehicles. You are taking up a parking spot someone else could be using. If you never use it then why don't you just get rid of it?
The assumption is that people are actually driving the cars that are parked at the apartment complex, so they will see the notices and move the car as needed. If you aren't driving the truck, I'd find someplace else to park it, because they do have the right to tow it, and then you will wind up paying those fees.
