are cobra 29 lx good cb radios?
I just bought a cobra 29 LX cb radio on craigs list, It works but I dont have the money for an antenna yet but before i buy an antenna i want to know if the 29 lx is one of the best working cb radio's out there

The Cobra cb radio line of the 29's have always been great performing radios. The Cobra 29 LX is no exception. I do not own a 29 LX but have used one. Great radio.
Although basically no one is really in real time using CB radios anymore, because truckers are using cellphones, you could still use one for car to home communications without a contract of use like a cellphone.
The cobra cb radio 29LX is an excellent radio!! It has great perfomance!! Very inexpansive too!!
