Are ear lobe piercings painful?
Want to get one some time... but I have absolutely zero pain tolerance. I can't even stand getting flu shots, lol.
How bad will it be?

It won't be that bad just a pinch and it will go away in a few minutes it won't really hurt. If you cough the pain will go away because you will be focusing on something else. It will be fine. :)
