On babies they are. On adults, dimples are just indentions in faces. It's not dimples that give adults their charm. Unfortunately, the innocence of childhood is gone and an adult has to have character and kindness to be anywhere near adorable.

Yes, I have one but it's on one of my cheeks. I don't like a chin dimple, because it gives the appearance of a little *** on the end of the chin.
