australian children passports?
hi im trying to get my 15 year old daughter a australian passport.
neither of us speak to her father apart from asking him to sign this, he has agreed to sign it but doesnt want them ringing him or bothering him (selfish bastard) just wondering if we put down his details and phone number and get hiim to sign it and i lodge the form, will they ring him to confirm it ? even though he has signed it.
and what will happen if he doesnt answer his phone?

Meh! Just tell him they won't ring and get him to sign the application. If they ring him, too bad - I bet he answers their questions even if he doesn't want to. Who cares if he gets upset! If he doesn't answer his phone, they'll get him eventually if they really want to talk to him. As it happens, it's most unlikely that they'll want to talk to him anyway but just deny that there's any possibility at all.
