En realidad son frases muy coloquiales y mexicanas, no tendrÃan en sà una traducción literal al inglés, sin embargo de esta manera se podrÃa comunicar eso mismo. En la primer frase "¡Cuanto tiempo sin saber de tÃ!" en realidad quieres decir que ha pasado mucho tiempo, pero al agregar el "cuando" es como tratar de "contar" cuánto ha sido el tiempo, cierto? y en inglés tendrÃa que ser "Ha pasado mucho tiempo sin saber de tÃ", por eso es más larga la frase.
