You tenderize them first with a soke in red wine garlic onion and paprika. Then you baste them in BabbyQ Sauce not one of those cheep sauces either, then you wrap them in tin foil, heat up the oven to 350 and bakem and bakem good for about 4 to 6 hours, til the meat just falls of the bones.
Or you can just go to Macas and get a McRib if you are in a hurry
Oven.350 degrees for 3 hours, baste frequently to keep moist. IF I'm really in the mood for babbie I keep filets in the freezer and can quickly sear them in an iron skillet and serve with mashed potatoes or corn on the cob. finger lickin' good!

Most prefer Roasted Babby. More tender that way. Although a nice Babby stew is good.
