Bachelors Degree compared to a License?
Would it be better to get a 4 year degree in something involving medical estheticians. Or to just go ahead and get a license to become one sooner?

A degree is always better. You will have more opportunities for better pay and later if you decide to get an advanced degree, there will be more opportunities for advanced or administrative work. These things pay even more.
