So after alot of Trial and Error. I found out 100% it wasnt my Ram slot that was bad (mentioned in previous questions). My pc only has 2 slots. And 2GB is the max motherboard memory. I have 3x 1GB ram chips. 1 in it works. The other two are put away.
The 2 that dont seem to work give a (Certian file is missing) error. I dont remember what file but its not missing when I just use my working 1GB ram chip.
I cant afford to buy any DDR2 ram yet. (Cant buy anything online yet fyi.) So, is it conscidered bad ram if it gives a file is missing error when that specific chip is installed... if so, is thr a way to fix that particular ram?
