Talk to her as a group and just tell her that you all play for fun, not results, and that if she will not do this than she will not be included. One way to make it absolutely fair is to put 10 #1's and 10 #2's in a paper bag (or make it as many as you have kids), and draw out one number per person. All the 1's will be a team and all the 2's will be a team. This way she will see that you are being random right from the start and that there is no favouritism being shown towards anyone. If she still won't play with you decently, and leaves in the middle of your game, then just let her go, don't make a scene about it because she enjoys this, it feeds her ego, and just see if there is another person to quickly take her place. even if there isn't anyone just keep playing. It will show her that she cannot bother you anymore. Another thing to do is get together as a group and report HER if she decides to have her tantrum. Talk to the teacher or supervisor, and report her actions. She is wrong and they will understand that, but make sure you do this calmly; if you are upset it will look like you are just being mean. Once she realizes that her behavior no longer gets any results she will stop. :)
