Band logo Design programs?
I was wondering what programs(free or not) are good to make a logo with.
I don't need a huge desgin program, just something were i can add an effect to a font i like.

I think that Adobe Illustrator is typically used for that kind of thing as well. If you're looking for free alternatives:
Photoshop => The GIMP
Illustrator => Inkscape
once you're nonetheless springing up a variety, use Corel Draw. in case you already had a variety designed, use Adobe Photoshop in manipulating your mixed photos. any version from 6, 7, CS3, CS4, CS5 will do. or in simple terms, use MS PowerPoint.
