So, I live in the UK and am making my choices for a university degree, and I can't decide between some options.
1) Do Environmental Science bachelors, followed by a masters in some specialist area.
2) Do a Biology degree, and do a masters in Environmental Science, but I'm worried I'll be stuck in a lab if I do this, and not be able to get into many areas of Environmental Science.
3) A third option I was considering was Environmental Biology, but this is quite a rare course, and I'm worried it might not be as well recognised or as useful to employers.
Help/suggestions/experience please!

It's all a case of how specialized do you want to get?
For a first degree, it wouldn't make much difference on wether you did Biology or Env Science as they both share the same paradigm and most universities offer enough of a curriculum that your biology degree could be specialized to Env Science and vice versa.
Later on , at postgrad level comes the specilisation... to do a Masters in Env Science etc, and even they can vary depending wether they are MSc by research or taught.
My point is, don't fret too much , because in academic terms the two disciplines are closely related and with a good first degree in either you can go on to specialise at postgrad level, and afet three years you'll have much more of an idea what you want to do.
If you did straight biology you would have more flexibility later on in case you changed your mind.
It's a case of do you want to be a omnivorous crow, or a highly specialized hummingbird? Both have their advantages/ risks.
I hope this bit of advice helps, follow your passion and work hard. Good luck!
ES is a much wider container, regardless of a concentration in environmental biology. while you're honestly particular you opt to flow into organic international biology, that's what you need to significant in. If there is the slightest risk you need to substitute your suggestions or which you need to not get a job in the organic international container, choose for the wider container.
