Got my ACer one d270 1806 for Christmas. Today, after turning it on this blue screen came up. I cannot load safe mode and I was wondering if there is anything I can do to fix this :( ?
Some data is corrupt the thing I would do would re-install the system using the recovery disks (if you haven't got them you can usually go online to the acer website either call or chat with a rep. and theyll send you a recovery disk for free) or/ and it maybe broken hard drive which need replacing so I would take it back to the store and ask for them to fix it (they do both recovery disk and hardware repair for free)
If it is under warranty and anything goes wrong "out of the blue" (i.e. you didn't drop it, spill anything on it, or whatever) - call the company and let them know that something is wrong and THEY need to help you deal with it or it will be going back to them for repairs.
I agree with the individual here try the recovery disc. boot-f8-recover & follow prompts or boot-f10-restore-other & choose a time before the problem & follow prompts. if these don't work, it still is under warranty & the repair will be free.

Hi,
You need to tell me what the error message and the error code is to have any idea of what the problem is.
As the pc is brand new you could contact acer for help under the warranty.

Call Acer - it should be under warranty.
