For over a month I had bright red blood in stool. I just thought it was hemriods. Then I had dark red blood one day. The next day my stools were almost black. Ever since, my stools are almost normal, but they have these small yellow circle things in them. I just thought, Well it's the undigestable part of the corn. Than I starting thinking to myself... I haven't ate corn in over a week. My intestines or belly makes weird noises especially when laying down. I also sometimes have sudden urges to have a bowel movement, rather than gradually. The other night, my right inguinal area sudden hurt in my sleep and I woke up. It hurt everytime I changed positions and I felt a bulge. When I woke up the next morning, the bulge was gone.
What is going on here??

Bright red blood means it is fresh and probably more likely from a tear or hemorrhoid but dark red is serious and means its from your intestines. Please go to the doctor! When I had c-diff they always asked me if it was dark red or black, don't let it go too long it could make a simple fix more complicated!
Definately see a doctor NOW. It sounds like something very serious.
