I would say he is not a good President.

First of all, he is the most socialist president in modern times. He nationalized our banks! When was the last time a President nationalized an industry? I would not say he kept us safe from terrorism either. We may not have been attacked by a foreign force since 2001 but don't forget that the last time we were attacked before 9/11 was when Japan attacked us in World War 2. So in reality, it was under Bush's watch when we were attacked. I also have to mention that Bush had warning from intelligence that terrorists were planning on hijacking planes and slamming them into buildings. It's ironic how he didn't take that seriously but used the faulty intelligence about WMD's in Iraq to take us to war.

IMO I think bush did the job the Republicans wanted. Considering that i think 9/11 and Terrorism is a big fat joke, I would say Republican Bush did a very bad job for the people of america. I'm looking forward to seeing Obama fail miserably in the next 4-8 years so we can get another dumb Republican in office to continue the dance. I think the two party system is an outright fraud, their are two parties because when one fails the next one gets to fail. Someday people will wake up to see that everything our nation once was is now gone and they still won't care so... to answer question, any republican/democrat we have for president will ALWAYS be bad for our country.

He will go down as one of the worst presidents in history and I for one cannot wait until he packs his bags and goes home to Texas where he cant do anymore damage.

Not as good as Reagan was, but better than any Liberal could possibly be. I don't think any liberal would have done any better considering the circumstances. Liberals are good at 2 things.

1) Pointing fingers and blaming everyone else

2) Raising taxes (Stealing our money)

He has kept us safe, and is very good on national security. Many poitical science professors at my University have suggested that he may be the best president of National Security of the past 40 years. I think he is average as a president.
