A women has an STD right away, is their some way they check it? Or could they see it right away? What if the girl said she was not sexually active, could the doctor still see if it was an STD? I heard girls can get STD's without having sex, it is rare but possible. And if she does a pap test, could she see it in the pap test?

If the girl has never had oral sex or intercourse before then she shouldn't have an std. Stds are very rarely passed on out side of having oral sex or intercourse, they don't last for long periods of time when they are out side of the body. If the girl had any visible symptoms then the doctor could tell if there was some thing going on.
Talk to your doctor about getting tested for stds if you're worried about it. Pap smears are usually used to detect genital warts and or cervical cancer, it don't detect all stds. Blood samples, urine and a swab of body fluids are usually taken to help detect stds.
Some STD's are obvious, some aren't. The doctor can see herpes if it's an active outbreak, and also sometimes genital warts. Others can't be seen but are found on lab tests.
If you think you have an STD, go to the doctor. If you are worried about your parents finding out that you're having sex, ask to see the doctor privately. They have to maintain confidentiality.
