exercise alone will not help you lose weight, especially if you are building muscle. You'll need to not worry so much about the number of pounds but the way it looks and how you feel. Also too realize that depending on when you weigh in you may have lost water weight. My weight varies from 185-193 depending on when I weigh in.

it could be possibley water weight but you gotta be careful,water weight is very easy to gain back .
