Hi you need to use a HSS type of drill bit, if its a large hole over 10mm it would be best to use a pilot drill first, remember to use a centre punch mark for the hole centre and most of all support the metal sheet with a thick block of wood , note if you are drilling Stainless Steel drill at a slower speed. Do not use the hammer mode setting on your drill.
Put a block of wood under the metal where you plan to drill. Thats very thin metal and your drill bit will pop through abruptly so protect the surface underneath and the drill bit with the block.
if the drill is made of HSS ( high speed steel) it should be ok there are other materials that are ok to use but you must not use HCS ( high carbon steel) as this is not hard enough to cut steel.
1/5 th of amm is very thin to drill it is only .008" which is about the thickness of 3 or 4 human hairs depending on the size of the hole required you may need to use another method (punch) to produce the hole

You will need a good quality drill bit, and a drill with slow speed
Even a portable drill can handle it
High speed will just wear out the drill bit
You will know when it's right when you see the metal filings dropping down
But keep removing it to let the metal shards drop out, this will also keep the drill bit cool

You need a drill bit made for use on metal, but yes

With a good drill bit,for sure.
