can a tumor cause a delayed period?
my friend is 2 or 3 weeks overdue for her period. she has a tumor in her uteris and she is trying to figure out if she is pregnant or if the tumor has just delayed her period so i was just wondering if it is possible for a tumor in the uteris to delay your period

It could be an ovarian cyst or fibroid-both are benign/harmless. If it were I tumor I believe she would have pelvic pain/abnormal bleeding.
