when I was 13, I started to get a few pimples. my friend's mother told me to use alcohol and hydrogen peroxide. I started to use this constantly thinking it was good for your skin, I would even bring it to school with me and rub alcohol all over my face.
Basically it ruined my skin, I'm 20 now and still my skin is very sensitive, burns easily, and always oily. I've tried everything from eating healthy and exercise. I don't put anything on my face anymore besides water.
Is there any way for my skin to recover? I am hoping for a profesional to answer, thanks.

I always use alcohol on my skin but not every day and not so extreme becasue I have oily skin.
Why don't you try a face mask to cleanse your face and put nuturing moisture back into your skin. Use one with oatmeal and advocado, or matter of fact you can try plain oatmeal and mush advocados and put that on your skin. Your skin will feel so soft and renewed.
Try google what foods can nurish your skin naturally and make a homemade mask up. Thats the only way you know that it will not damaged your skin any furthur and any natural foods (unless your allergic) woun't harm your skin.
