I can't remember the date of my last period, all I know is it was a couple of weeks before my prom (April 27). So the first or second week of April. I started on Citalopram on March 14, and have had one period since. I'm a little concerned because I have never missed a period before. I've been slightly stressed about graduation coming up, but I have been far my stressed at times and it's never made me late or skip a period.

I haven't had sex since late February and aside from this last one, I haven't missed any periods. I've been getting head aches and nausea a lot lately as well and I've been getting dizzy a lot.

Can this be caused from the antidepressants?

Should I be concerned?
