I don't want a gas guzzling car that will cost me $50-$75 every time I refill the tank. So I was wondering, could I turn a gas car (more specifically, a 2004 Honda Odyssey) into an electric car? If it's possible, what would it cost to make this conversion? Thanks!!!

Yes, in fact this is surprisingly easy to do, and it can even be inexpensive. The cost will vary anywhere from around $2,500 to as much as $20,000, depending on the motor and battery technology you select.

Well I don't really know how big those are but better to gave the smallest available because of the weight. Ford Fiesta size would be good.
If you remove the back seat, it can be used along with the trunk to store batteries. Don't drive out in the middle of podunk where there is no electricity.
Hi
the cost far out weighs the effort and money spent to do such a conversion it is simpler just to go and buy an electric car in the first place renault just brought out some new car models which are electric.
JUST THROW A BUNCH OF BATTERIES INTO THE GAS TANK
good question ask it on yahoo answers because that is a pretty accurate site.
