I just had some bread that my cousins brought over and didn't realize it has milk. I feel so ill. I am nauseous and bloated. Is there anything that can help this feeling pass faster? I can't run to the store because it's 11:30 at night.

You probably ate a bad piece of cake or I'm sorry to say that your lactose intolerant. You could probably make yourself some peppermint tea if you have some in your backyard(I do); The peppermint tea helps calm down your bowels etc.
Drink a glass of water, perhaps even a cup of coffee. The bread set in you like a brick, probably made from bread flour. Its breaking down and making you gassy.
