Can I get a rental car?
I recently crashed my car into a tree and I know I'm going to have a week or so that it's in the shop getting fixed. Can I get a rental even though I'm 18? Because I have no other way to get around, my nearest family member is in another state.

If it is not yet in a shop. Choose a shop that furnishes you with a free loaner while they fix your car.
Is your insurance paying for it? If so...no problem. If you pay yourself, there will be a surcharge. Go online an look at the various rental agencies to see how much they charge. I know Enterprise will rent to 18+.
