I start school that day and I really want to be thinner. Right now im 5'7" and 230 pounds. If I eat 1200 calories a day and workout at least 3 days a week, can I ose the 20 pounds? I actually really wan to lose 30? Do you think thats posible???

yeah it is possible. you should also drink alot of water, and try not to drink or eat anything with alot of calories and sugar. but yes, if you eat right, drink alot of water, workout alot, then you should most likely lose the 20-30 pounds you want to lose. :) hope this helps!
