I would like to try overclocking this processor http://ark.intel.com/products/71670 on my laptop, but I don't know if "Max turbo frequency" means that it is automatically overclocking itself to 3,2 GHz or I can overclock it to 3,2 GHz in BIOS? If so, is it possible on laptop and what is the limit? Thanks.

Turbo is the built in overclocking feature.
I would not recommend overclocking a laptop, unless you're keeping it in a very cool room and have one of those fan mats to help keep it cool.
If you want to, check the BIOS. If it's a regular Dell or HP/Alienware/etc laptop, they probably removed the option to overclock other than the Turbo.
go in the bios and check. find a cracked bios.
