Can I press charges?
Details:
-I am 14 (girl)
-He is 14
-Won't stop harassing/assaulting me: touching my butt, touching my thigh, putting his legs on me, telling me I have a nice butt and I should wear leggings more often.
-He knows that he makes me uncomfortable but will not stop
-This has been going on for about a month
... I am very upset by this and I want it to stop. I've told him to stop several time but he won't. At the very least should I just go to the principal?

Go to the principal and the police with this. You've told him to stop, and he hasn't. This is assault, and he needs to learn that assaulting people will get him in trouble.
Yeah that's sexual the and sexual assault - you may mosey on down to the year adviser at school 🏫 and dob the bully aggressor in so he can keep his hands to himself along with considering telling the cops and if the year adviser doesn't doesn't work out you could try the counsellor or the principal or you could show you mean business by keeping a straight face ☺ and telling him to stop or else action is likely to be taken. You also have to consider dobbing him into authorities may actually worsen the situation or you could just try changing schools who knows

So he likes you, and wants you, this is common for a boy his age.your going to have to learn to fight your own battles, either stand up to him and mean it or be a wimp and go to the school.Just my opinion
