Can I replace a port on a Data Link Connector?
I am trying to program my key less remote to my car but port One has no way to wire it it's empty. can I replace the port. I would really like to know how to go about this problem.

Port # 1 is a manufacturer reserved port. You shouldn't need it at all.
as well as port # 3,8,9 11,12.
You should call the aftermarket remote lock company for some
technical information on this.
