Technically its not good for the company to accept a product if its not in its good previous condition but still it will be within the supervisor or manager's discretion, so it will be worth trying and negtotiate. I have a tip for you: be Polite and of course keep your receipt
Read the return policy for the place you bought it at. A lot of places require you to have the original packaging. Either way try to return it anyway, worst thing that could happen is they say no.
