Technically its not good for the company to accept a product if its not in its good previous condition but still it will be within the supervisor or manager's discretion, so it will be worth trying and negtotiate. Read the return policy for the place you bought it at. A lot of places require you to have the original packaging. Either way try to return it anyway, worst thing that could happen is they say no.
