I have about 200 GB left on my Hard Drive

I run civ iv on a working laptop or pc with extra ram than you have yet making use of a CPU in elementary terms somewhat quicker ( and that, on account that's overclocked). I even have not had any issues, even previous due interior the activity while there many instruments, with song playing on yet another application, and seti@living house working interior the history. you mustn't have any issue.
From the looks of it, you don't really have enough memory. 1.9GB is very low when it comes to running Vista. The OS itself uses up almost that much leaving nothing for games and other programs. Most likely, Civilization 4 does NOT support integrated graphics. In order to play this game and others, I would recommend that you install a true video card (9800GTX/260GTX should be good).
