Can I take my amp into Guitar Center?
I've been searching for the right guitar lately and am going to visit guitar center over the weekend. My amp is a modded hot rod deluxe (40 watts) and I know not to crank it. I just want to know if I should call before hand of can I just walk in and use my amp with guitars I try out?

@Pocket Protektor -- the question was not "can I bring my amp to Guitar Center for repair?". It was "I want to buy a new guitar, can I bring my specially modified amp to GC so I can try out guitars and hear what they will sound like when I play them through my amp?"
And AFAIK, the answer is yes, no problem.
Yes, they usually have a greeter inside the front entrance, and then you can have the repair guy look at it, maybe keep it overnight or whatever, but sure, they have an in-store repair shop.
