I found lcd's mild on the eyes when compared to an led but now i am stuck with a led monitor and it burns my eyes a lot, should i reduce the brightness or contrast? which is optimal? I changed from a 17 inch lcd to 22 inch led.

Currently my resolution is 1360x768 on nvidia gt 220.
