these are some interesting answers, like especially what winter said... libra dudes in my life had lied when it came to cheating, some had cheated or were cheaters.. one libra was very nice though, he'd never cheat.. he had cap moon.. idk he was very fair and careful, he'd never cheat or be jealous in the slightest.. i know a libra relative that keeps a secret for years and even though everyone knows the truth he still denies and keeps the straight face about and denies.. he is in debt to his lie! he must always have to lie about it.. .

Yeah I think they can. But most choose not to, at least in my experience. Anyways, there is one libra i know, who was capable of lying to his girlfriend in a very cold manner that somewhat surprised me. He got caught, though :)
