CPU- Even a single core over 3ghz will run a lot of games alright, but at least a dual core (over 2.4ghz) would be better.
Ram: Yes your ram is low, but in a huge test article, anything over 2gb doesn't help much. Still, try for that at least. BUT
GPU: The MOST important item for gaming. You have very old integrated graphics. Even old CoD games wont run. Get something that can score AT LEAST 8000 in 3dmark 06, for performance's sake.
Unfortunately, no. It would be like watching the game in freeze frame. The graphics chip is way too anemic. And, yes, you need lots more memory. The single core P4 is also a game killer.

No first of all you have vista and low ram if you want to play games like call of duty just spend like 500 and make your own computer :D
not enough ram
your single core processor you can try overclocking it at your risk for better performance so the game will run better
and your graphic card isn't good enough, never buy an intel graphic card
CoD i out of bound for you go try something like delta force
COD 1, if you're lucky.
